I was first introduced to Ayurveda in the year 2014 during my yoga practice with my Russian yoga teacher who was telling me about all the miraculous cures that she and her colleges have seen at one of the Integrative Medicine, Yoga and Ayurveda Centres in Moscow, Russia. At the time, I was going through a difficult auto-immune health challenge that hit me like nothing ever did in my life after the birth of my second daughter. Conventional medicine offered no answer to my heal
