90-Minute Initial Consultation & Remedial Massage (New Clients) Insurance rebates available for all major health funds. This comprehensive first session is designed to give you the best possible start to your treatment plan. We’ll begin by reviewing your health history, discussing any concerns, and identifying your goals so that your treatment can be tailored specifically to your needs. Following this consultation, you’ll receive hands-on remedial massage to address areas of tension, pain, or restriction. After this first session, ongoing treatment may be booked for 60 minutes, depending on your needs and progress. What’s included in a 90-Minute Remedial Massage? Health & Lifestyle Review (15–20 minutes): We’ll go over your health history, current concerns, lifestyle factors, and any previous injuries or conditions. This helps identify underlying causes of discomfort and ensures your treatment is safe and effective. Posture & Movement Assessment (5–10 minutes): A brief assessment to observe movement patterns, posture, and areas of restriction or imbalance. Goal Setting & Treatment Plan (5 minutes): Together, we’ll outline your goals—whether it’s pain relief, improved mobility, injury recovery, or stress reduction—and create a tailored plan. Hands-On Remedial Massage (55–60 minutes): A focused massage treatment targeting the key areas discussed. This may include deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, or relaxation techniques depending on your needs. Debrief & Aftercare Advice (5 minutes): We’ll review how your body responded to the treatment and provide stretches, self-care tips, or recommendations to support your progress between sessions. This treatment does not include full-body massage; it targets an area of immediate concern.
