Kati Basti (Pouring of warm herbal medicated oil into the dough ring placed over the lumbar (low back), dorsal (mid back), thoracic (chest) areas. This treatment includes 60min full-body massage (abhyanga), 45min kati basti and 15min steam. Includes cost for extra medicated oil that can be reused two more times. • Intensive use of heat, medicated oil and specific technique result in profound healing and repair of the damaged tissues. • Warm medicated oil softens and loosens dry and tight muscles, muscle spasms, heat from the oil helps to dilate local blood vessels to increase blood flow.
