Service Description

75-Minute Remedial Massage Insurance rebates available for all major insurance providers. This session is designed for clients who have already completed their initial 90-minute consultation (or existing Ayurvedic clients). With your health history and goals already established, the full 75 minutes can be dedicated to hands-on treatment. If this is your first time however, table time might be shorter as we will need to take some health history and do the initial assessment. What to expect in your 75-minute session: Brief Check-In (5 minutes): We’ll review your progress since the last visit, note any changes or new concerns, and adjust your treatment plan as needed. Hands-On Remedial Massage (65 minutes): Focused massage work to relieve tension, improve mobility, and support recovery. Techniques may include deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, or relaxation methods tailored to your needs. Aftercare Advice (5 minutes): Guidance on stretches, strengthening, or self-care strategies to help maintain results between treatments. This session is ideal for ongoing care, maintenance, and working toward your long-term health and wellbeing goals. This may or may not be a full body massage session depending on your particular concerns and goals.
