3-Day Ayurvedic Detox

Service Description

This very mild and gentle detox is suited nearly for anyone and is great for general well-being maintenance, quick health reset or as a first step to prepare you for the deeper Ayurvedic Detox Protocol - Panchakarma. For new clients, initial consultation is a must where we'll go through your current imbalances and personalise your detox protocol. This consultation should happen at least one week prior to the start of the 3-day detox protocol (cost included with this package). Book Detox Consultation first. Sample Schedule for each day: When you arrive to the clinic on Days 1-3, you will have a 3-hour treatment which will include: - invigorating face and Indian head massage followed by facial steam, nasya (nasal drops), turmeric gargle and herbal smoke - we will continue with the full-body herbal powder massage on our wooden drohni table followed by herbal steam in the authentic steam box - you will then receive a full-body oil massage (Abhyanga) which is deeply nourishing and relaxing These treatments will start moving the lymph and toxin elimination via sweat and nasya. For the rest of the day you will be having very light diet and hot drinks but you won't go hungry. Optional extras: - As an option, your Ayurvedic Practitioner may prepare your daily light and nourishing Ayurvedic meals (e.g.mung bean soup, red dhal with rice etc.) - Depending on your individualised protocol, you may have a shirodhara treatment (oil flowing over your forehead) or pinda sweda (herbal boluses) or basti (holding warm oil over area of concern). - Your Practitioner may suggest to add daily enemas to your detox protocol and may modify other treatments as required. These treatments may be either at additional cost or as a substitution to the initial planned treatments. For three days, your digestion will have a rest but you will never be hungry, quite the opposite you will feel well nourished and grounded. Your body will focus its efforts in healing itself while your practitioner will assist detoxification with external body treatments. You will feel supported through the whole process so that all you'll need to do is to rest and heal. Total Cost: Option 1 (incl. consultation, 3 days of 3 hours daily treatments (nasya, herbal massage, steam and oil massage) = $840 Option 2 (same as Option 1 plus all meals cooked for you) = $1,290
