Guided 2-Day Couple Ayurvedic Cleanse Do it together and SAVE $125 Per Person It is always much easier to implement sustainable changes when you have another person keeping you accountable. Do this with a partner, a friend, a parent and the benefits will increase exponentially. A gentle, supportive reset designed to help you establish new, lasting habits while improving digestion and overall wellbeing. During each of the two cleanse days, you’ll come in for a 2-hour personalised body treatment (morning sessions), which may include: 1 Hr Full-body oil massage (Abhyanga) or 1 Hr Pinda Swedana Herbal Bag massage While One person is having a 1Hr massage treatment, another person is enjoying benefits of Infrared Light therapy and Infrared Sauna. And then we swap. These treatments help enhance detoxification, support circulation, and keep you feeling grounded and cared for throughout the cleanse. After your 2 Hr session, an Ayurvedic Lunch will be served for the two of you to enjoy on the balcony. After each session, you’ll take home: - Freshly prepared Ayurvedic dinner - Herbal teas and supportive remedies for the day On both Day 1 and Day 2, you’ll enjoy a light, easy-to-prepare breakfast at home, following the guidance provided in your personalised plan.
