2-Day Ayurvedic Cleanse

Service Description

I like this Intro 2-day cleanse to get you kick started with some new good habits. During the initial consultation we'll discuss your health goals and put a plan together of a short, manageable and effective cleanse protocol over selected 2 days. On day 1 of the cleanse you will come for a 1.5 hour body treatment personalised for you, being either full-body massage with steam or herbal powder massage. This will keep you on track, supported and intensify detoxification process. On both day 1 and day 2 you will stay on a light prescribed vegetarian diet. From day 3 onwards you will continue with your usual daily, hopefully healthier habits.
