Service Description

Shiro Dhara (Pouring of medicated oil over the forehead in a steady regular stream) • Ideal treatment for reducing high levels of mental stress. It induces calmness, promotes tranquility, and facilitates relaxation. The steady pour of warm oil encourages the relaxation response as your body enters deep relaxation • Shiro Dhara is done from 35 minutes to 55 minutes as required. • 1 ½ hour treatment includes 35 min Indian Head massage followed by 35 min to 55 min of Shiro Dhara • It is recommended to be done for a course of 3-7 days and everyday the time is usually increased by 10 min per day. • 750 ml of oil can be used for a course of 3 treatments and discarded afterwards • The Copper Vessel is used to generate continuous stream of oil over forehead Cost: One-off treatment: $165 (includes cost of 750ml herbal oil which you will take home and may reuse for self massage) Three treatments: $450 (oil can be reused for up to three treatments)
