Step into a deeply restorative and nurturing experience with our Couples Wellness Retreat, combining ancient healing with modern therapeutic technologies. This 2.5-hour shared session is designed to be enjoyed together, with each guest rotating through three rejuvenating treatments: a traditional Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage, Red & Infrared Light Panel Therapy, and a deeply detoxifying Far Infrared Sauna. Couples Wellness Retreat Includes (per person): - 75 min Ayurvedic Full-Body Oil Massage (Abhyanga) or deep tissue remedial massage - to be decided after brief consultation - 40 min Red & Infrared Light Therapy - 30 min Far Infrared Sauna Session Treatments are performed in a carefully timed rotation by a single experienced practitioner, allowing each guest to receive personalized attention while enjoying a seamless, flowing experience. 🔄 Session Flow Example: While one guest is receiving their Ayurvedic oil massage/Remedial massage, the second guest relaxes under the Red & Infrared light therapy, followed by the Infrared sauna session. Afterward, the two switch roles.
