Service Description
This one-hour treatment is aimed to provide deep tissue release of tight muscles that may contribute to the neck, shoulder and back pain. Your Ayurvedic Practitioner will use specific warm herbal oils that target pain relief as well as hot stones and herbal boluses to penetrate and release deeper tissues. Marma and trigger point therapy will also be applied to relax knotted muscles that may contribute to the back pain. This treatment does not include full-body massage; it targets an area of immediate concern.
